Considering the submission made by the learned advocates for the respective parties, this Court is of the view that the order impugned dated February 25, 2021 requires a slight modification. Accordingly, it is directed as follows:- A) The father and/or the father's parents are permitted to visit the child on every Saturday and Sunday between 9 a.m. to 12 noon at the residence of the mother.

B) The mother will not cause any obstruction to such visitation.

C) The father and the grand parents shall be allowed to interact with the child independently in the absence of the mother in a separate room.

D) As the father is residing at Bangalore at present, the father shall come to Kolkata for four days during the puja vacation, summer vacation and Christmas vacation. The father is directed to book a suitable accommodation in a five star hotel for

the son and himself. The son will stay with the father for four days, during such vacation.

E) The mother will be at liberty to speak to the son, once every day, via video conference, during the above stay.

F) The father shall not take the child away from Kolkata to any other place during such visit. G) The visitations will be resumed from the coming week, that is, Saturday August 5, 2023. Prior intimation shall be given by the learned advocate on record of the father to the learned advocate on record of the mother.

H) The visits during the vacation shall be intimated to the mother two weeks in advance so that the mother and the child may be prepared for the arrangement made.

The father submits that there will no difficulty in making the payments as directed by the learned court below. The learned court below shall proceed in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
