1. Parties are represented through their respective learned counsels.

2. With consent, finally heard.

3. During the course of hearing learned counsel for the parties reached to a consensus. It is agreed that certain reports have been filed in the form of affidavits on behalf of the respo9ndent no.5, which contains a report dated 21st September, submitted by the Block Development Officer, Kulpi, South 24 Pargans which is addressed to the Sub-Divisional Officer. Yet another report dated 28th July, 2025 prepared by the BL & LRO, Kulpi, South 24 Parganas is on record, which is also addressed to the Sub-divisional Officer. In this report it is mentioned that ROR Plot No.952 comprised of area 0.25 acre and classified as "Path" recorded in favour 11Chandipur Anchal Parishad. After physical enquiry a report was submitted with certain observations

including (i) and (ii) and the same is pending consideration before the Sub-Divisional Officer. It is agreed that the Sub-Divisional Officer may be directed to take a final decision in the matter within a stipulated time. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with the following directions.

i) The petitioner shall produce a copy of this order to the respondent no.5. In turn, the respondent no.5 shall take a final decision on the report dated 28th July, 2025 submitted by the BL & LRO, Kulpi, South 24 Parganas.

ii) It shall be the duty of the Sub-Divisional Officer to hear the petitioner and the private respondent no.5 herein and take a final decision expeditiously, preferably within sixty days from the date of production of a copy of this order.

4) This petition stands disposed of without expressing any opinion on merit.

5) Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be delivered to the learned advocate for the parties, upon compliance of all formalities.
