2. That being position Mr. Kaushik Dey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners intends to not press this revisional application. In support of his contention, he has filed a written instruction given by the petitioners of this case and the written instruction be kept with the record.

3. As a sequel, the instant revisional application stands dismissed being not pressed.

4. Connected application also stands disposed of.

5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

6. Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned Trial Court.
