Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of informing the police authorities on 12.07.2022 and 09.01.2023 till date no action has been taken. Petitioner submits that he met with an accident on which no enquiry has been conducted till date.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that there is a difference in the date of occurrence in the initial representation so submitted and the subsequent representation which was submitted. Be that as it may, petitioner says that he has substantial documents in his custody. Petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate with the said documents for canvassing such grievance under Sections 175(3)/223 of the BNSS. Learned Magistrate will assess regarding the genuinity

of the grievance and thereafter proceed in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, writ petition being WPA 9368 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
