Report of the Block Development Officer, Chanditala 1 Development Block, Hooghly, has been placed before the Court and the same is taken on record. The report filed by the Revenue Inspector is annexed to the report of the Block Development Officer, Chanditala-I, and it appears that all parties were present at the time of enquiry. The enquiry report of the Revenue Inspector was forwarded to the Block Development Officer, Chanditala 1 Development Block by the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer.

The categorical finding of the authority on the basis of the report filed by the Revenue Inspector, Chanditala-I, Hooghly, is that no construction was being raised on Plot Nos.4861, 4862 and 4863 of mouza Manirampur. Sumanta Barui was raising a construction on Plot Nos.4859 and 4860.

Thus, nothing remains to be decided in the writ petition as the allegation of the petitioners that a construction was being raised on plot Nos. 4861, 4862 and 4863 was found to be incorrect.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
