The order proposed to be passed in the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India would not cause any prejudice to the opposite party, as such, service of notice of the present application upon the said opposite party is dispensed with. The plaintiff in a suit for ejectment is the petitioner of the instant application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the said suit being ejectment suit no. 12 of 2010 is pending before the Learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sealdah, District 24-Parganas (South).

The plaintiff is complaining delay in disposal of the said suit and is praying a direction for expeditious disposal of it. It appears from the record that the suit has reached to the stage of argument, as such there cannot be any difficulty to bring the suit to its logical conclusion within a reasonable time. The learned Trial Judge, therefore, is requested to conclude the hearing of the said suit within a period of two weeks from the next date fixed.

C.O. 1189 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
