Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court on 6th December, 2024 on merits.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. The petitioner repeated the offence within a span of six days. He has been identified. Gait pattern of the petitioner has matched with the CCTV footage of the place of occurrence.

Considering the material on record connecting the petitioner to the alleged offence, the prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is thus disposed of. Case diary be returned.
