Materials on record prima facie disclose recovery of 46 bottles of Wanderx cough syrup containing codeine phosphate carried in a motorcycle which was driven by the petitioner.

Under such circumstances and in view of the statutory restrictions under section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
