Petitioner complains that in spite of directions passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, Contai in T.S. No.131 of 2023 so far as the issue relating to ad interim injunction and compliance of the same by the local Bhagwanpur Police Station, the same has not been complied with and the private respondents in violation of the civil court's order had been continuing with the construction.

Records of the writ petition reflect that order was passed on 27.02.2025 and the copy was forwarded to the Officer-in-Charge, Bhagwanpur Police Station. Consequently, if there has been a breach of the order of the civil court from the side of Bhagwanpur Police Station, then in that case, for breach of such orders, specific remedies are available in the Civil Procedure Code, petitioner would avail such remedy. Learned civil court would in such

circumstances pass necessary directions. It is further directed that the Officer-in-Charge, Bhagwanpur Police Station if he is faced with certain inconveniences he would definitely inform the police station for being unable to implement such order. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 8606 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
