1. The petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application being CAN 3 of 2025 seeking extension of interim order passed earlier. Such application though appearing in the list is not in the file.

2. Since CAN 3 of 2025 is said to have been filed by the petitioner for extension of interim order granted earlier, let such application being CAN 3 of 2025 be included in the file and be listed again along with the writ petition on May 23, 2025.
