Mr. Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report of the Officer-in-Charge, New Township P. S., A.D.P.C(WB) which reflects that on or about 18th October, 2017, complainant Dr. Indranil Banerjee has expired. To that effect, a Photostat copy of the death certificate has been enclosed with the report. Let the report be kept with the record. The grievance of the petitioners were in respect of the charges being framed under Sections 347/325/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having regard to the changed circumstances, I grant liberty to the petitioners to agitate the points canvassed in this revisional application at the appropriate stage of the proceedings. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1315 of 2007 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
