By this writ petition petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 4th February, 2023 passed by the respondent Society pursuant to the earlier order of this Court for considering the petitioner's representation.

The main allegation of the petitioner is that the representation has been considered by some other authority.

Learned advocate appearing for the Society submits that by order of this Court no specific authority was described or specified to dispose of such representation. In the earlier order of this Court

the representation was directed to be considered by the appropriate authority and in this case the Society is the appropriate authority.

Furthermore, now the impugned order has been passed by the Society which is a private body and not a 'State' under Article 12 of the Constitution of India and no writ lies against such private body. Petitioner, if aggrieved by such order of the Society may take recourse in accordance with law before the appropriate authority.

Accordingly this writ petition being WPA 8652 of 2023 is dismissed.
