This is a revisional application challenging the Complaint Case No.1300c of 2004 under Section 323 of the Indian Penal Code now pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah. Mr. Abhra Mukherjee, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits in all fairness that this revisional application may be disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioners to raise all points before the trial Court.

Mr. Iqbal Kabir, counsel appears on behalf of the State. In the light of the above submissions, this revisional application is disposed of with a liberty granted to the petitioners to raise all points taken in this revisional application before the trial Court.
