Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record.

In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the school authority.

The petitioner's grievance is that her application for transfer on the ground of medical (self and spouse) has not been considered and is pending since December, 2025.

The petitioner's application, though forwarded by the school authorities to the concerned District Inspector of Schools, has been pending since September, 2022.

Due to the long lapse of time, it is possible that the surrounding facts and circumstances may have undergone a change.

In these circumstances, petitioner is granted liberty to make such an application in the prescribed format in the Offline mode by June 15, 2026 since the 'UTSASHREE' portal is presently suspended. The said application shall be considered by the school authority, after conducting the necessary verification by the concerned BMOH, and if found eligible, will forward such application along with the requisite declaration and No Objection Certificate to the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) by July 30, 2026.

With the aforestated directions, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
