1. Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that on earlier occasion also a revision petition being CO 2458 of 2019 (Sk. Abdul Hai Vs. Sk.

Sultan Ali & Ors.) was filed which was dismissed by the Hon'ble Justice Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya vide order dated 2nd August, 2019.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was no aware of this order dated 2nd August, 2019 as well as filing of CO 2458 of 2019 and had no instructions regarding this. However, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

3. The present petition being CO 1016 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.
