Mansoor Alam ....for the petitioner Ms. Chama Mookherji, Ms. Manika Pandit ...for the State The petitioner is aggrieved that the Ultadanga Police Station is not enforcing the order dated December 24, 2020 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Sealdah in T.S. No. 361 of 2020.
By a further order dated January 27, 2021, the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Sealdah, has directed the Officer-inCharge, Ultadanga Police Station to see that the order dated December 24, 2020 is implemented properly by all the parties.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Officer-in-Charge, Ultadanga Police Station is not taking steps as directed by the Civil Court.
The remedy of the petitioner against the Officer-in-Charge, Ultadanga Police Station, is under the provisions of Order 39, Rule 2(A) for seeking enforcement of an interim order of injunction.
With liberty reserved to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law, the writ petition shall stand disposed of without any further order.
There shall be no order as to costs.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
