This record has been placed before this court at the instance of the department for necessary corrections. 2.

It appears that inadvertent typographical error had crept in the order dated 30.08.2024 in the fourth paragraph CRR 1276 of 2023 is wrongly recorded in place of "CRR 1301 of 2023". The same is corrected and be read as "CRR 1301 of 2023"

Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered. 4.

Department is directed to take necessary steps for corrections.
