To that effect, an information was submitted before the police authorities but, no action has been taken.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report, which reflects that Samsherganj P.S. Case No. 514 of 2024 dated 07.08.2024 has been registered for investigation under the relevant Sections.

Since a case has already been registered at the behest of the

Investigating Authorities, all efforts be taken for tracing out the vehicle and a report be submitted before jurisdictional court in seisin of the matter.

The police authorities will also put in all efforts for taking the investigation to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 9422 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Let a copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
