It appears from the record that the original proceeding was filed for quashing of the F.I.R. lodged under sections 342/403/406/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the above, let the matter appear under the caption 'For Order' on 13th August, 2025 or any date thereafter, as and when this Court will sit.

The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite party/State will also file a report regarding that compromise, whether effected or not, on the next date.
