1. Petitioner had absconded and was declared a proclaimed offender. It is alleged that he is dealing with narcotics.

2. In view of the aforesaid facts, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

4. C.R.M. (A) No. 1218 of 2024 is dismissed.
