We have heard the learned advocates appearing for the parties and perused the case diary.

In view of the fact that proclamation and attachment has already been issued against the petitioners as reflected from pages 125, 127, 129 and 131 of the case diary, we are not inclined in granting pre-arrest bail to the petitioners.
