Ray Ms. Shetparna Ray ........for the petitioner Ms. Srabani Biswas .......for the State Mr. Pratik Majumder Mr. Snehasish Dey .....for the respondent no.7 1) In terms of order dated 16th July, 2025 report in the form of affidavit affirmed on 31st July, 2025 is filed by respondent no. 7 and same is taken on record.

2) Learned advocate appearing for the school authority is directed to serve copy of the report filed today upon learned advocate representing the petitioner by seven days from date.

3) It has been disclosed in the said report in paragraph -8 that a meeting was convened on 25th July, 2025 in presence of the President of the Managing Committee of the school being respondent no. 7 and the petitioner being Headmaster of the school. It is averred in

paragraph -8 of the report that respondent no. 7 put his signatures during meeting at all relevant places where President's signature was required which included the Service Book, Provident Fund papers and other papers relating to pension of the petitioner which are to be submitted online. Resolution of the said meeting dated 25th July, 2025 is annexed to the report which corroborates the statements made in paragraph -8 of the report.

4) Since respondent no. 7 has put his signature Court directs the school authority to forward the pension papers including Service Book of the petitioner to the concerned State respondents for settling pension case of the petitioner after making pension papers ready in all respects by seven days from date.

5) Court also directs the petitioner to hand over charge in favour of the teacher who is to be appointed as Teacher-in-Charge before his retirement which is scheduled on 31st August, 2025 and this Court expects that petitioner shall cooperate with the school authority in the process of handing over of charge.

6) With the aforesaid direction, writ petition stands disposed of.

7) There shall be no order as to costs.

8) Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
