1. The prayer sought for in these writ petitions is covered by the decision passed by a coordinate Division Bench of this Court in WPA 30649 of 2016 (Baishakhi Bhattacharyya (Chatterjee) & Ors. vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.). As against the said order the State of West Bengal has preferred an appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme

Court and an order of stay has been granted in respect of certain directions issued by the Division Bench there is no need to pass a separate order in these matters.

2. In that view of the matter, the writ petitions are disposed of.
