The petitioner has filed the instant application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure after being arrested in connection with Jagaddal Police Station Case No. 541 of 2019 under Sections 504/324/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (1)(X) of the Scheduled Castes and Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that his client does not intend to press this application.
