The revisional application has been preferred against the order dated 9th February, 2022 in respect of Baguiati Police Station Case No.1491 of 2016 under Sections 370/370A(2)/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3/4/5/5A/5B/5C/7/9 of the Immoral Traffic (Protection) Act, 1956.

The prayer was for de-sealing of the property. Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appearance may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Records of the case reflect that earlier an adjournment was sought for on 10th May, 2022. Today, when the matter has been called for, again the prayer has been advanced for filing supplementary affidavit.

I have considered the order dated 09.02.2022 and there has been a specific observation regarding the attachment of the

property and in respect of the absconding accused. If circumstances have changed, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the same before the court pointing out the change of circumstances. No interference is called for at this stage.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1561 of 2022 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
