The learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file afresh before any other forum to claim maintenance from their deceased son's terminal benefits inter alia under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

Reserving such leave to the writ petitioner, the writ petition shall stand disposed of without any order. There will be no order as to costs.
