Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that since the police filed charge-sheet and custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that police case is of 2012 and the petitioner was absconding since then.

The police case is of 2012. The allegations are serious in nature.

Considering the gravity of offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 2107 of 2022, is rejected.
