This matter is a matter relating to criminal offences and petitioners can take steps under penal law of the land. In view of the observation made by the Supreme Court in Sakiri Vaser Vs. The State of U.P., [vide (2008) 2 SCC 409] am not inclined to interfere in this matter and the matter is dismissed but the petitioner shall have liberty to take steps under the penal law of the land.

W.P.A. 6411 of 2020 along with CAN 1 of 2020 (Old CAN 5018 of 2020) is dismissed without any order as to costs.
