Present revision petition has been filed challenging the order passed in appeal arising out of Title Suit No.116 of 2010 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) 2nd Court Uluberia, Howrah to the extent of seeking a direction for expeditious disposal of the title suit.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners does not intend to challenge the order dated 7th January, 2021 passed by the appellate court in appeal arising out the suit.

In view of the submissions, the revision petition is disposed of as not pressed.

Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) 2nd Court Uluberia, Howrah is directed to dispose of the

matter expeditiously in accordance with law without granting any unnecessary adjournments.

CO 1019 of 2021 stands disposed of.

Connected application, if any, are also disposed of.
