Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the evidence on record. Minor victim implicates the petitioner in the offence of penetrative sexual assault. Trial is in progress. Prosecution assures this Court that trial shall be completed within six months from the next date fixed for recording evidence subject to co-operation by the defence and systemic delays. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
