1. Appellants seek to prefer an appeal against the order dated March 23, 2022 passed in W.P.A. No. 16328 of 2021.

2. Department reports delay of seven days in making and filing the appeal.

3. Appeal was filed on May 5, 2022.

4. A period in excess of two years lapsed from the date of filing of the appeal till date. Appellants are yet to file any application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963.

5. Four adjournments were taken by the appellants commencing from July 20, 2022. Yet no steps were taken by the appellants.

6. There is no application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, till date. Therefore, the question of condoning the delay does not arise. Signed By :
