The petitioner seeks benefit as to his scale of pay etc. from the date of publication of the said training qualification result.

I direct the concerned District Inspector of Schools to hold a meeting within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order with the petitioner and the school authority. After such hearing, the D.I. will pass a reasoned order by two weeks thereafter. The reasoned order is to be communicated to the petitioner by two weeks from the date of passing the reasoned order.

The petitioner is granted liberty to be represented by his learned advocate.

However, it is made clear that if the District Inspector of Schools thinks the petitioner is entitled to get the scale of pay etc. from the date of attaining the qualification he should not hesitate to pass such an order in favour of the petitioner. With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of. Accordingly, the application being CAN 1 of 2020 is also disposed of.
