Earlier this revisional application was called on 05.12.2023 when accommodation was sought for on behalf of the petitioner.

Today also when the revisional application is called, none represents the petitioner.

Records of the case reflect that the subject-matter of the revisional application relates to a challenge in respect of Criminal Appeal No. 24 of 2018 wherein the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 4th Court, Suri, Birbhum affirmed the conviction and sentence so passed in C. Case No. 143 of 2016 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. In view of the petitioner not participating in the present revisional application, the revisional application being CRR 1303 of 2023 is dismissed for default.

The learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Suri, Birbhum will proceed with the execution of the judgement and/or order of conviction and sentence passed in C. Case No. 143 of 2016.

Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Suri, Birbhum within a period of seven days from date.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
