Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused who has been granted bail.

On the other hand, Mr. Somnath Adhikary, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities. The case diary is available.

Attention of the Court was drawn to the order dated 13.02.2026 wherein direction was passed for overcoming the stage of consideration of charges within a period of 90 days. In view of the directions already passed I direct the learned Special Court to release the petitioner on bail after the

charges are framed. So far as the bond is concerned, learned Trial court would be at liberty to impose such conditions/sureties as it deems fit and proper for ensuring further appearance of the petitioner during the trial. With the aforesaid observations CRM (NDPS) 773 of 2026 is disposed of.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
