It reflects from the enclosure of the said report that a communication was made to the Principal of the College that the petitioner intends to withdraw the information lodged with Khardah Police Station and Barrackpore Police Commissionerate dated 22nd March, 2025.

Petitioner, if he faces any inconvenience, would inform the Principal of the College who would assess regarding the inconveniences faced by the petitioner and take steps in accordance with the College Rules and Regulations.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 8656 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
