Subsequently, the same was registered. However, the police in respect of investigation, inaction continues which gives rise to a fresh cause of action for moving this Court. As such, the writ petitioners would like to press the instant writ petition.

On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
