Learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent submits that intimation to the petitioner to appear before the authorities to process the formalities for granting the pensionary benefits was not acted upon and the petitioner without approaching the respondents has preferred the present writ application.

Considering the materials on record and on hearing the learned counsels of the

parties, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent company to complete all formalities relating to grant of pensionary benefits within 15 days from the date of this order and the respondent company shall duly process the papers in respect of the petitioner relating to his pensionary benefits in accordance with law expeditiously.

WPA 8692 of 2025 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order be given to all the parties upon usual undertakings.
