Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that an application under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed in connection with Misc. Case No.01 of 2020 which is pending for a considerable period of time. Learned advocate also submits that the next date has been fixed on 1st July, 2023 after the evidence is complete and for arguments of the case. Learned Magistrate is directed to conclude the arguments on 1st July, 2023 or within a week thereafter. The learned Magistrate within a month thereafter would pronounce his verdict regarding the outcome of Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1304 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
