From the affidavit of compliance that has been filed in Court today, it appears that prayer of the petitioner for transfer has been accepted and she has been transferred to Tiorkhali MSK under Nabadwip Panchayat Samity, Nadia after being released from Panditpur Krishnachandrapur MSK under Krishnagar-II Panchayat Samity.

Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits, upon instruction that, the petitioner is ready and willing to join the transferred place of posting but she cannot join because the release order is yet to be issued in her favour.

The District Nodal Officer, SSK and MSK Cell Nadia is directed to take necessary steps for implementation of the order of transfer dated 18th August, 2023 at the earliest.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

Liberty to mention in the event there is any difficulty in further compliance of the order passed by this Court.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
