The petitioner complains of police inaction.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wanted to construct a boundary wall around his property. Members of the local club are obstructing the making such construction. State and the private respondents are represented. Learned advocate appearing for the private respondents submits that the petitioner is not the owner of the property.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the police have enquired into the complaint lodged by the petitioner and prosecution under Section 107 of the Cr.P.C. was submitted.

Apparently there are civil disputes between the private parties. It is for the private parties to have the said civil dispute resolved before the appropriate Court. So far as the complaint of police inaction is concerned, the police have taken appropriate steps. No further interference is required.

WPA 6424 of 2020 is disposed of.
