Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA No.8676 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to initiate and conclude the election proceeding concerned of the society in question expeditiously but not beyond the period of six months from the date of communication of this order.
