For the State The petitioner's grievance is that her land was acquired by the State respondents sometime in 1971 but she is yet to receive compensation for the same. The petitioner intends to submit a representation expressing her grievance before the State authorities and it is submitted on behalf of the State authorities that such representation shall be disposed of within a stipulated time.

Accordingly, liberty is granted to the petitioner to submit such representation before the 4th respondent within a period of fortnight from date. The 4th respondent should consider and dispose of the said representation on merits upon granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the

interested parties including the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation from her, in accordance with law.

W.P.A. 9778 of 2021 is thus disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
