Considering the statements of the minor victim recorded before the learned Magistrate implicating the present petitioners and the statements and other witnesses, I do not find this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM(A) 1329 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.
