Modification is sought of the order dated April 16, 2021.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, this Court orders that the directions contained in the paragraph no.

5 of the 3rd page of the said order shall be towards all respondents including the Transport Department and the Finance Department of the State. The said two departments shall provide necessary funds to the WBTCL to comply with the order dated April 16, 2021, preferably within a period of one month from date.

With the aforesaid directions, CAN 1 of 2021 shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

6.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
