By the order dated May 11, 2022, anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner on the condition, inter alia, that the petitioner shall appear everyday before the Jurisdictional Court on and from date fixed for appearance of the accused. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the Jurisdictional Court require the petitioner to appear on every working day of the Court.

In order to avoid any ambiguity, we modify the condition of the order granting anticipatory bail on May 11, 2022. The petitioner will appear before the Jurisdictional Court on every date fixed for appearance of the accused without fail. All other conditions in the order dated May 11, 2022 will remain the same.

CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of accordingly.

In view of this clarification, learned Jurisdictional Court is requested to consider any non-appearance of the petitioner subsequent to the order granting anticipatory bail till date, sympathetically.
