The order proposed to be passed in the present application under Article 227 of the constitution of India would not cause any prejudice to the opposite parties, as such, service of notice of the present application upon the said opposite parties is dispensed with.

The petitioner has applied for grant of succession certificate in respect of the pension account of her deceased husband. The said application has been registered before the 3rd Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Paschim Medinipore being Succession Case No.

103 of 2013.

The petitioner complains inordinate delay in disposal of the said case.

The succession case since is in respect of pension benefit of the deceased husband of the petitioner as such she can legitimately expect the

logical conclusion of the said case within a reasonable time. Pendency of such type of case for more than seven years is neither expected nor desired.

The learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) 3rd Court, Paschim Medinipore, therefore, is requested to dispose of the said succession case as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order and in doing so shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

The petitioner is required to communicate this order to the opposite parties before the next date of hearing of the said case.

C.O. 1020 of 2021 is thus disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities. (Biswajit Basu, J.)
