Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for more than nine months and the alleged recovery in the present case is 306 grams of brown sugar. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Earlier the co-accused has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 570 of 2026. Having considered that the petitioner is similarly situated, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail on same terms and conditions as imposed upon Md. Sahadat Hossain in CRM (NDPS) 570 of 2026.

As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 719 of 2026 is allowed.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
