The subject matter of the revisional application relates to the judgement and order dated 28-06-2017 passed in Criminal Revision No. 21 of 2016 by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gangarampur, Buniadpur, Dakshin Dinajpur wherein the learned sessions court was pleased to affirm the order dated 06-10-2016 passed in M. R. Case No. 36 of 2014. Record reflects that the case has already progressd to the evidence stage and the petitioner is challenging the interim order of maintenance of Rs.7000/- which was passed in the year 2016. Having considered that more than seven years have passed since the interim maintenance order was awarded by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gangarampur at Buniadpur, Dakshin Dinajpur in M. R. Case No. 36 of 2014, I am of the opinion that the prayer for condonation of delay cannot be allowed at this stage. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2023 is dismissed. Consequently, the revisional application being CRR 1305 of 2023 is also dismissed.
