The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application along with the Supplementary Affidavit upon the o.p. no.1 through the office of the ld. Public Prosecutor, High Court, Calcutta and also upon the o.p. no.2 by speed post with a/d and file affidavit of service on the next date fixed for hearing.

Ld. Advocate for the State would produce the case diary on the next date so fixed.

The records of the case reflect that the case was instituted in the year 2022 but, till date, report under section 173 of the cr.p.c. has not been filed before the ld. Jurisdictional court.

Ld. Advocate for the petitioner has stressed on the issue that after a long time of the petitioner having left the

company, he has been foisted with the present criminal case, which has no leg to stand.

Be that as it may, let the matter be listed under the heading 'Contested Application' in the monthly list of July, 2024.

The petitioner would be at liberty to pray for interim order after effecting service upon the private opposite party no.2.
