Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of information submitted on or about 04.03.2025 with Narendrapur Police Station, no steps were taken. According to the petitioner, the private respondents entered the house, they have thrown away the petitioner forcefully and taken away all the household articles and thereafter sold the said house without the knowledge of the petitioner by forging his signature.

State has submitted a report which reflects that police authorities have registered a case being Narendrapur P.S. Case No. 502 dated 28.04.2025 under the relevant provisions of law.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 7 to 11 submits that they have been released on bail.

Be that as it may, police authorities have commenced their investigation under the relevant provisions of law. In view of the nature of the prayer advanced in the writ petition, I am of the view that at this stage, the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed. Police authorities would take the investigation to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 8658 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
